10 Tips You Can Learn About Partnership Engagement from the Avengers

The past decade has given us amazing stories from the Avenger movies. Whether you were a fan of Tony Stark, Black Widow or Black Panther, each hero brought strength and an important role to the stories. In the end, they could only defeat the bad guy by working together. There were setbacks, compromises, laughter, tears, and sacrifices, but in the end, they needed one another to change the world. You do too.
Join me and the team from United Way as we explore the Avengers relationships and how you can learn from them to enhance your overall impact.
Learning Objectives: At the end of the session, attendees will:
- Identify their own “best practice” efforts;
- Define their existing and potential partners;
- Assess gaps in “best practices” and who can fill them;
- Understand strategies to work with competitors; and,
- Draft the initial steps to engaging partners.
This is an interactive and working session, so attendees should know that they should be prepared for in-class strategy development personalized to their own agency. A follow-up coaching session will be held one month after the webinar.
